Special Country Requirement for Fulfillment

Prepare your backer information as needed in advance.

What it is: An Excel sheet of extra information some countries need before a parcel can clear customs.
Who it's for: Creators shipping to backers in Asia-Pacific countries, Brazil or Turkey.
What's inside: Requirements for Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea, Japan, Indonesia, Brazil and Turkey, such as a local-language address, an ID or tax number, or a personal customs clearance code (PCC), plus product restrictions (Indonesia does not accept gambling-related products, including playing cards).
How to use it: Collect these details in your pledge manager survey before fulfilment starts.

China HK	Please provide Chinese address
ChinaTaiwan	Please provide the address in Chinese and the receiver's ID card number. And also the receiver needs to update their information on the official website, called Ezway.
Korea	Please provide the receiver's PCC code (Personal Customs Clearence Code), and foreigners can provide a passport or registration card number
Japan	Please provide English address
Indonesia	Gambling-related products are not accepted, including playing cards Express shipping requires NPWP: Indonesian Taxpayer Identification Number
Brazil	Please provide the receiver's personal tax number. The customs will contact the receiver to pay the tax if there is any.
Turkey	Please provide receiver's ID card number
