Website usage data: the pages you view, how long each page is visible, how far you scroll, the links, downloads, videos and forms you use, the site or campaign that brought you to us, and your device type, browser, operating system and country. We do not store your IP address.
Marketing and advertising data via Google and Meta, if you allow it.

Our website data is stored with Microsoft (Azure and Dataverse), acting as our processor, in data centres in the European Union. We share data only with trusted partners that help us operate our website and advertising:

We do not sell your data.
6. Data Retention
Website usage data is kept for 13 months, then deleted; we keep only anonymous monthly totals. Enquiries are kept as long as needed to deal with them and for our legitimate business records, or as required by law.
7. Your Rights
Under GDPR, you may request to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and you can withdraw your consent at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.
